Continental Realty, Inc., is a full-service real estate

in February, 1973. Our offices are situated in the Town of North
Providence Rhode Island located in close proximity to the
historic downtown Providence.
Our firm specializes in residential real estate appraisals and
has extensive expertise in matters of litigation, zoning, tax
appeals, condemnation. We have represented clients in superior,
family, and probate court, as well as provided expert witness
testimony at numerous city/town council and zoning boards of

properties, consulting on any project that deals with real
estate development from large commercial projects to small
residential projects. The staff at Continental is also experts
in zoning, litigation, and condemnation procedures.
PROJECTS IN PROGRESS:
American Tourister: A/K/A Wipple Pond Estates. This is a 27 acre site that
Continental is assisting a potential developer in obtaining all
approvals from the City of Providence to develop this site for
residential development.
Loutitt Laundry: This is a 54,000 square foot site with
an old laundry building that has many environmental problems
Continental is assisting in gaining municipal approvals.
