Founder and president, William G. Floriani, has been engaged in the real estate business since 1966. Currently a member of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Floriani is also a Certified Residential Appraiser for the State of Rhode Island #A00200R and a Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

A 1959 graduate of LaSalle Academy, in Providence, Rhode Island, and a 2003 graduate of the University of Rhode Island Mr. Floriani is a member of the National Board of Realtors, the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, and the Providence Chamber of Commerce.

As a member of the Appraisal Institute, all appraisals performed at Continental Realty, Inc., conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation and as adhered to by the Appraisal Institute. As a member of the Nation's premiere appraisal organization, Mr. Floriani has become part of its long tradition of pursuing excellence and high standards in the profession and practice of real estate appraising.

Gregory Costantino: Greg is associated with Continental Realty as a Project Consultant. He coordinates all residential and commercial development projects. Mr. Costantino has the expertise to handle all phases of real estate development, from inception to completion.
